Wholesale Freight
Wholesale orders are dispatched with StarTrack. You will be invoiced for freight and provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
The majority of wholesale orders are palletised. All are well-wrapped in plastic and packed to ensure that items are delivered whole and undamaged.
If you receive damaged items with your order, please contact us immediately.
Free Shipping for Dried Mealworms
We offer free shipping on Dried Mealworms orders where a minimum of $350 (ex. GST) of Dried Mealworms is purchased.
Exclusions:
· Free shipping is available to the East Coast only (NSW, QLD, Victoria)
· $350 (ex GST) must be spent in one order
· Only Dried Mealworms purchases contribute to the required $350 (ex GST)
· Where other items are included in the order, regular wholesale freight charges will apply to these items
All Other Domestic Orders
Please note that wholesale freight charges are not visible online when you place your order. Wholesale freight is invoiced when your order is sent. It is charged at cost, as calculated by our carrier, StarTrack, on the basis of the size and weight of the consignment.
Calculating wholesale freight after your order has been processed and palletised is the most cost-effective option. If you require a freight charge estimate, please contact us directly.
Export Shipping
Please contact us directly to discuss shipping options for export orders. Where we have a warehouse in your region with available stock, local dispatch may be available.
