We’re here to help! To ensure we can assist you efficiently, please review the following information before calling:
Order Tracking: If you’re calling to track an order, please note that we may not always be in the office or in front of a computer to assist immediately. All orders are issued with a tracking number via Australia Post when shipped. You can track your order by copying and pasting your tracking number into Australia Post's tracking page. Alternatively, complete the form at the top of this page.
- If you haven’t received your tracking number, please check your junk or spam folder.
- If you entered an incorrect email address during checkout or you are unable to locate your tracking number, contact us at support@dineachook.com.au for assistance.
Call Identification and Messages
Please note that we do not answer calls from private numbers or numbers flagged as potential spam. Additionally, we are unable to return missed calls unless a voicemail message is left. If your call is important, kindly leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Reporting Damaged or Missing Items or organising a return:
- To report a damaged or missing item, please complete our Damage/Missing Item Form. This ensures we have all the necessary details to resolve your issue promptly. This form must also be completed for any returns.
Chicken Health Concerns:
- While we’re happy to offer general advice, we are not veterinarians. For specific or emergency concerns about your chickens, we recommend consulting a qualified veterinarian. Please understand that we cannot provide veterinary consultations.
Live Poultry Requests:
- Dine-A-Chook does not sell live poultry. For live chickens, we recommend contacting The Coop On Bayswater on Facebook.
