New regulations restrict the use of bird netting with aperture sizes greater than 5mm x 5mm for household fruiting plants. This product is designed for commercial use only, including commercial orchards and produce businesses where the scale of activity aligns with commercial operations.
Before purchasing, Victoria residents must confirm that this netting will be used for commercial purposes. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in significant fines. Dine A Chook offers a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Please review our policies below:
Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Under 500g: $13.95 flat rate.
- 500g–20kg: $15.95 flat rate.
- Over 20kg: Handled via StarTrack freight services. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on weight, size, and destination.
- Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (from $14.95).
- Click & Collect (Garbutt): Free for eligible postcodes.
- International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on weight.
Orders Over 20kg
For orders exceeding 20kg, we use StarTrack freight services. Shipping costs vary depending on the parcel's weight, size, and destination. During checkout, the "Contact for Quote" option will display as $0.00; however, this does not mean free shipping.

Warranty
Our Dine A Chook® Commercial Bird Netting comes with a ten (10) year UV degradation warranty. Should the netting fail due to UV degradation within this period, we offer replacement fabric or a refund of the original purchase price, ensuring your investment is protected.
Conditions:
- 'Failure' is defined as the fabric losing more than 5% of its strength per year of its life.
- This warranty excludes damage from chemical exposure, including cleaning agents, PVCs, solvents, etc.
- Exclusions also apply to damage from beyond-design-strength stresses, such as excessive wind load or poor structural design.
- While all resins and colors are selected for their longevity, this warranty does not cover changes in color due to sunlight exposure.
- Consequential loss or damage not required by law is not covered.
- The decision for replacement or reimbursement rests solely with Dine A Chook, at our discretion.
